Consultancy services
The terms and conditions for the engagement of Inclusive Experience Ltd's consultancy services are produced on a case-by-case basis, and then agreed at the project kick-off meeting.
Training courses
Within 48 hours of booking a training course, you will receive an electronic invoice from Inclusive Experience Ltd via email. The full balance of a training course is due within 30 days from the date of your booking. This date will be clearly stated on the invoice you receive.
Inclusive Experience Ltd reserves the right to increase its training rates in response to demand and changes in the market. However, you will not be affected by rate changes if you have booked a course prior to a change.
Inclusive Experience Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend course dates at any time. In the unlikely event that Inclusive Experience cancels or moves a course, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible, and a full refund. Inclusive Experience Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred to you, or your organisation as a result of any cancellations.
If you are unable to attend a course, need to cancel, or wish to change the date we operate the following refund policy:
In-house courses
- 30 - 24 days notice prior to course start date - 100% refund
- 23 - 20 days notice prior to course start date - 60% refund
- 19 - 14 days notice prior to course start date - 20% refund
- 13 - 0 days or less - 0% refund
Bespoke courses
- 30 - 24 days notice prior to course start date - 100% refund
- 23 - 20 days notice prior to course start date - 50% refund
- 19 - 14 days notice prior to course start date - 10% refund
- 13 - 0 days or less - 0% refund
Inclusive Experience reserves full ownership of all of its course materials and to re-use the material for other public courses. Organisations and candidates must not publish Inclusive Experience Ltd courses in the public domain, reproduce, copy or use the materials to train others without the direct permission of Inclusive Experience Ltd.
